In this assignment, I was required to work in a group of 5 to develop an action plan in order to promote awareness and provide guidelines for parents at home on the importance of early childhood education and nurturing a child from home. The action plan will be developed with the approach of utilizing the online environment as effectively as possible to reach out to our target audience, as we are to assume our roles as appointed consultants/experts for an organization or a body amidst the corona virus pandemic. Most importantly, the 5 stages of design thinking should also be implemented and clearly evident.

Reflection
1. Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
During the initial stages of the assignment, I was able to analyse and define problems faced by parents with special needs children in terms of their awareness and ability to find information online. Multiple solutions were proposed to solve the problem.
2. Interpersonal Skills
During this assignment, I was given the opportunity to understand/learn through observation about the responsibilities and roles taken upon by the leader of a group. Through effective communication, we were able to work together in order to utilize everyone's specialties.
3. Citizenship and Global Perspectives
Upon the completion if this assignment, I was able to obtain knowledge and an awareness about the importance of childhood education, as well as the responsibilities of the children's parents. Thus, I believe that I also hold a responsibility to support the movement whenever I can.
